2011 Outdoors: Finished third in the shot put (37'3), sixth in the hammer throw (123'10) and eighth in the discus (91'3) at the FDU Track Classic on April 9...Had a season-best mark of 101'4 in the discus at the Lions Invitational on April 30...Won the silver medal in the shot put with a season-best toss of 39'10½ and took sixth place in the hammer throw (131'0) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2010-11 Indoors: Had a season-best mark of 37'6¾ in the shot put at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28, good for a 10^th-place finish...Finished sixth the shot put (37'4) and seventh in the weight throw (40'2) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 18.

Before Manhattan: Won three NNJIL Championships and named Second Team All-County three times at Paramus Catholic High School...Earned Paramus Catholic's Paladin Shield Award as a senior...Also played volleyball.
