2016 Cross Country: Took 15^th overall at the Fr. Victor Leeber S.J. Invitational on Sept. 24, running 8000 meters in 28:04.59…Completed the 5000-meter course in 16:11.10 to finish 10^th overall at the SJU Fall Festival on Oct. 16…Placed 17^th in the coaches’ race after posting an 8000-meter time of 29:28.00 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19.

2016 Outdoors: Posted a time of 4:15.76 in the 1500 meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 8…Registered a season-best clocking of 1:57.14, which was good for eighth overall, in the 800 meters at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Finished 14^th in the 800 (1:57.14) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 7.

2015-16 Indoors: Grabbed third place in the mile (4:29.50) at the Spartan Regional Preview on Jan. 15…Placed ninth in the mile (4:26.37) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 4…Had a season-best clocking of 4:26.03 to take 12^th in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21.

Before Manhattan: Named a conference all-star in both cross country and soccer at Christian Brothers Academy…Finished seventh at the conference cross country championships in 2013, as CBA won its first team title in 10 years.
