2015 Outdoors: Opened the season with a third-place showing in the triple jump (48’2½) at the UTSA Team Challenge on March 20…Took first in the triple jump (47’6¼) and fifth in the long jump (21’2) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 3…Had a season-best effort of 48’8 to secure second place in the triple jump at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 15…Finished 13^th in the men’s college triple jump (47’4½) at the Penn Relays on April 25 before placing second in the event (47’2½) at the Lions Invitational later that day…Won gold in the triple jump (47’10) and silver in the long jump (23’6¾) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2…Competed in both the long jump (21’10¼) and triple jump (48’0¾) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 15.

2014-15 Indoors: Grabbed third place in triple jump (48’1¾) at the John Thomas Terrier Invitational on Jan. 30…Captured second place in the triple jump (48’2½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Feb. 5…Finished second in the triple jump (49’6½) and sixth in the long jump (22’3) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Placed ninth in the triple jump with a leap of 48’1¾ at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 6.

2014 Outdoors: Won the triple jump (46’10), and also competed in the 110 meter hurdles and long jump at the Army Six-Way Meet on April 12…Placed first in the 110 hurdles (15.09) at the Mark Young Invitational on April 19…After placing 10^th in the men’s Eastern triple jump (47’6¼) at the Penn Relays on April 26, traveled to the Lions Invitational later that day and took sixth in the 110 hurdles (15.46)…Contributed 22 team points at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3, earning silver medals in the 110 hurdles (14.97) and triple jump (49’1¾), as well as a bronze in the long jump (22’10½)…Finished fifth in the triple jump after getting out to 48’10¼ at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 16.

2013-14 Indoors: Took first in the 60 meter hurdles (8.3) and second in the triple jump (44’11½) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 6…Competed in three events at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 13, placing third in the long jump (21’7¼), fourth in the triple jump (44’8¾) and sixth in the 60 hurdles (8.66)…Secured third place in the triple jump at both the Army Four-Way Meet (46’4¼) on Jan. 11 and the NYU Saturday Night Shootout (47’0¾) on Jan. 18…Earned the silver medal with a leap of 48’3½ in the triple jump at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 21…Made first appearance at the IC4A Indoor Championships, capturing 18^th place in the triple jump with a mark of 44’9½.

2013 Outdoors: Recorded a distance of 21’1¼ in the long jump at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5, good for ninth place…Placed ninth in the triple jump (43’5¾) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Won the triple jump with a leap of 44’6 while also finishing fourth in the long jump (20’9¼) at the Wolfie Invitational on April 20…Took fifth in the triple jump (46’5½), sixth in the long jump (22’2¼) and threw the javelin at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4.

2012-13 Indoors: Had a leap of 45’9 in the triple jump at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Finished second in the triple jump (43’9) in a dual meet against Columbia on Dec. 7…Placed fifth in the triple jump (43’1) and seventh in the long jump (20’7¾) at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19…Took second in the triple jump (45’0½) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 9…Captured the bronze medal in the triple jump with a season-best mark of 46’1¼ at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Won the triple jump (44’7½) at the USATF New York Open Championships on Feb. 23.
