2014-15 Indoors: Recorded a time of 9:41.60 in the 3000 meters at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 5.

2014 Cross Country: Finished 44^th at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 10, posting a time of 28:08.50 for 8000 meters…Had a season-best 8000-meter clocking of 27:13 at the UAlbany Invitational on Oct. 18…Ran 8000 meters in 28:33.20 at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31.

Before Manhattan: Selected as Most Valuable Teammate in cross country as a senior at Bethlehem Central High School…Named team MVP in cross country during both freshman and sophomore campaigns.
