2012-13 Indoors: Had a season-best effort of 60’7¾ to take third in the weight throw at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 18…Captured the silver medal in the weight throw (60’6¾) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 24…Finished second in the weight throw with a toss of 59’11¾ at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 1…Took first in the weight throw (58’6) and fourth in the shot put (46’10) at the Draddy Invitational on Feb. 9…Won the weight throw (59’6¼) and placed seventh in the shot put (46’11½) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15…Competed in the weight throw at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 1.
2012 Outdoors: Named Second Team All-American after placing 16th in the hammer throw (202’11) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 8)…Qualified for the national meet by finishing sixth in the hammer throw (212’4) at the NCAA East Preliminary Round on May 24…Earned three MAAC Performer of the Week selections (March 27, April 10, May 1)…Opened the season by taking second in the hammer throw (212’0) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 16…Finished first in the hammer throw (208’9) and added third-place showings in both the shot put (44’5½) and discus (128’1) at the FDU Knight Invitational on March 31…Had a season-best effort of 216’9 to place third in the hammer throw at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 6…Captured fourth place in the shot put (48’6¼) and sixth in the discus (146’10) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7…Scored points in three different events at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships (April 13), finishing first in the hammer throw (208’7), fifth in the discus (149’4) and seventh in the shot put (47’3)…Secured second place in the hammer throw (208’11) at the Larry Ellis Invitational on April 20…Uncorked a toss of 208’3 to win the men’s hammer throw Championship of America at the Penn Relays on April 27…Took first in the hammer throw (207’7), third in the discus (150’6) and fifth in the shot put (47’10) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 5…Recorded a hammer throw of 213’5 at the Army Strong Series a day later, finishing third in the competition…Claimed the silver medal in the hammer throw (215’8) at the IC4A Outdoor Championships on May 11.
2011-12 Indoors: Placed fourth in the weight throw (49’6¼) and ninth in the shot put (46’7½) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Secured third place in the weight throw (58’3) and fifth in the shot put (46’0¾) at the Manhattan College Invitational on Feb. 8…Competed in the weight throw at the Millrose Games (Feb. 11), taking third overall with a best effort of 59’4¼…Came back later that day to take first in the weight throw (56’7½) and seventh in the shot put (46’8¼) at the Millrose Games Collegiate Invitational…Won the weight throw (61’9¾) and added a sixth-place finish in the shot put (48’10¾) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17…Finished eighth in the weight throw (60’2) at the IC4A Indoor Championships on March 3.
