2013 Outdoors: Secured seventh-place points in the 200 meters (26.10) at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 5…Finished seventh in the 100 meters (12.57) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 13…Won the 200 (25.46) and placed second in the 100 (12.52) at the Wolfie Invitational on April 20…Repeated those results at the Lions Invitational on April 26, posting season-best times of 12.37 seconds in the 100 and 25.41 seconds in the 200…Placed eighth in both the 100 (12.66) and 200 (25.92) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 4. 

2012-13 Indoors: Took third in the 60 meters (7.9) at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Finished third in the 60 (7.8) against Columbia on Dec. 7…Grabbed ninth place in the 60 (8.04) and 200 meters (26.75) at the NYU Team Challenge on Jan. 19…Ran season-best times of 7.97 seconds in the 60 and 26.12 seconds in the 200 at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.

2012 Outdoors: Competed in the high jump at the Roadrunner Invitational on April 7.

2011-12 Indoors: Placed second in the high jump and third in the long jump at the Manhattan College Opener on Dec. 1…Won the high jump with a season-best clearance of 5’1 while also taking second in the long jump (17’0½) at the Brother Jasper Invitational on Dec. 9…Finished 10^th in the long jump with a leap of 17’5¼ at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Secured sixth place in both the high jump (5’1) and long jump (17’6¾) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.

Before Manhattan: A three-time All-New England selection in the long jump…Earned all-state honors in the long jump both indoors and outdoors as a senior at Norwich Free Academy…Broke Norwich’s outdoor long jump record…Also named all-state in the sprint medley relay and all-conference in the 55 meters and high jump during the 2010-11 indoor season…Selected to the All-New England, all-state and all-conference teams while leading Norwich to indoor and outdoor conference championships as a junior…Set the long jump school record while earning all-state and all-conference selections as a sophomore at Ledyard High School.
