2020 Outdoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season. 

2019-20 Indoors: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Helped the 4x400 team to a second-place finish at the Crowell Open on December 7, earning a time of 4:05.38...Finished seventh in the 60-meters at the meet with a season-best time of 8.16...Placed 12th in the 200-meters at the NYC Gotham Cup, recording a time of 26.65...Earned a top-50 finish (48th) in the 60-meters at the BU Valentine Invitational with a time of 8.32...Earned a season-best 200-meter time of 26.20 at the MAAC Indoor Championships, finishing 10th in the event preliminaries...Also recorded a 60-meter time of 8.19 at MAACs, placing 12th in the event prelims. 

2019 Outdoors: Selected to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Finished fourth as a member of 4x100 squad at VCU's Ram Invite, recording a time of 48.59...Also placed 25th overall in the 100-meters at the meet with a time of 12.97...Earned a third-place finish in the 4x100 at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships, recording a team time of 47.50...Won gold in the event at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, earning a time of 47.87.

2018-19 Indoors: Earned MAAC All-Academic Team honors...Helped the 4x400 relay team to a fifth-place finish at the TCNJ Indoor Open on December 1, recording a time of 4:03.12...Placed 18th overall in the 60-meter race at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, finishing in 8.25.

2018 Outdoors: Set a personal best in the 100-meters at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships, recording a time of 12.59 (14th place)...Also earned second in the 4x100 at Mets with a time of 47.32...Won silver in the 4x100 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, recording a time of 47.09...Set a career-best in the 200-meter preliminaries at the MAAC Championships, earning a time of 26.31 (11th place).

2017-18 Indoors: Placed third in the 60-meter race at the Manhattan Opener with a time of 7.9H...Placed fifth in the 4x400 at the Yale Invitational on January 13 with a time of 4:18.91...Also earned sixth in the 60-meters at that meet with a time of 8.21...Set two personal bests at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Armory, including 8.01 in the 60-meter preliminaries (15th) and 26.09 in the 200-meter preliminaries (11th). 

Before Manhattan: Competed in track and field for three years at Harford Technical High School...Was also a competitive gymnast for seven years.
