2019-20 Indoors: Helped the 4x400 squad to a second-place finish at the Crowell Open on December 7 with a time of 3:26.24...Also finished 10th in the 400-meters at the meet with a time of 54.00...Placed sixth in the 4x400 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, recording a time of 3:21.79...Placed 23rd overall in the 400-meters at Mets, finishing in 52.38...Earned a season-best time of 50.35 in the 400-meters at the BU Valentine Invitational (106th)...Won silver as a member of the DMR squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships, earning a time of 10:08.56.

2018 Outdoors: Earned a personal best in the 200-meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 6, finishing with a time of 22.70, good for seventh place...Was a member of the 4x400 team that won third at the Metropolitan Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 3:21.01...Set a personal best in the 400-meters at Monmouth on April 22 with a time of 52.31, earning ninth place overall...Won bronze in the 4x400 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, hitting a time of 3:19.60.

2017-18 Indoors: Set two personal-best times at the Boston University Terrier Classic, earning a time of 22.88 in the 200-meters (64th overall) and a time of 50.20 in the 400-meter race (34th overall)...Was a member of the second-place 4x400 team at the Metropolitan Indoor Track and Field Championships, finishing with a time of 3:19.08...Also competed in the 400-meter race at Mets, earning 12th overall with a time of 51.56...Won a bronze medal in the 4x400 race at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, held at The Armory, completing the race in a time of 3:21.80.
