2020 Outdoors: Did not compete due to the cancellation of the season. 

2019-20 Indoors: Finished third as a member of the DMR squad at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships, earning a time of 10:30.08...Also competed in the 1,000-meters at Mets, finishing seventh with a time of 2:34.40...Ran the 800 at the BU Valentine Invitational, finishing 77th overall with a time of 1:54.35...Won silver in the DMR at the MAAC Indoor Championships, recording a team time of 10:08.56...Also won bronze in the 4x800 at MAACs with a time of 7:46.31.

2019 Cross Country: Placed in the top 25 at the Marist Invitational on August 31, recording a time of 20:01.1 for the 6K course...Earned a five-mile PR at the Metropolitan Cross Country Championships, finishing as the Jaspers' top runner with a time of 26:33.5...Was named MAAC Runner of the Week on October 16 for his Mets performance...Finished 33rd overall at the MAAC Cross Country Championships with an 8K PR of 26:48.8.

Before Manhattan: Won the 2019 New Balance Outdoor Nationals 4x800 competition as the anchor leg, finishing with a team time of 1:50.7...Holds the Ridge High School records for the 800-, 1,600- and 3,200-meter races.
