2017 Cross Country: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Earned a personal best in the 8K at the Paul Short Run on Sept. 29, finishing the race in 25:10.3...Placed 17th overall at the 2017 New York City Metropolitan Cross Country Championships on Oct. 13, running the five-mile race in 26:49.7...Finished 28th overall at the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28, completing the 8K course in 27:00.1...Earn a personal five-mile best at the 2017 IC4A Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:12.4 (34th).

2017 Outdoors: Won the bronze medal in the 10,000 meters (32:15.90) at the Metropolitan Outdoor Championships on April 14…Placed sixth in the 5000 meters (15:41.98) at the Lions Invitational on April 29…Had a season-best time of 32:11.33 in the 10,000 at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 6.

2016-17 Indoors: Ran the 3000 meters at the Seahawk Shootout on Dec. 9, finishing sixth in 9:01.40.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 10^th at the season-opening Fordham Fiasco/Ed Joyce Memorial on Sept. 10, posting a time of 25:41.34 over 8000 meters…Completed 8000 meters in 26:28.40 to place 17^th overall at the Iona Meet of Champions on Sept. 16…Helped the Jaspers secure the team title at the Metropolitan Championships after grabbing ninth place individually with an 8000-meter clocking of 26:47.20…Notched a time of 26:08.20 for 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29…Registered a 10,000-meter time of 32:41.87 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 11.

2015 Cross Country (at Quinnipiac): Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team…Took 36^th place with a 25:28.7 clocking over 8000 meters at the Rider Invitational on Sept. 19…Secured 41^st place at the New England Championships on Oct. 10, posting a time of 25:30.8 for 8000 meters…Finished 16^th at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, running 8000 meters in 24:29.3…Ended the season with a 95^th-place showing at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 13, completing the 10,000-meter course in 32:28.2.

2014 Cross Country (at Quinnipiac): Made collegiate debut at the Stony Brook Season Opener on Aug. 30 and finished 11^th, completing the 6000-meter course in 19:41.81…Placed 15^th after running 8000 meters in 27:08.7 at the Monmouth Invitational on Sept. 20…Led the Bobcats to third place as a team after grabbing 22^nd-place with an 8000-meter clocking of 25:32 at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 4….Ended up 27^th overall at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 31, notching a time of 26:23.96 for 8000 meters…Posted a time of 32:27.7 over 10,000 meters at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 14.

Before Manhattan: Helped Christian Brothers Academy win the New Jersey State Championship, as well as the Eastern States Team Championship, New Jersey Meet of Champions, and Northeast Regional Team Championship during the 2012 cross country season…Named All-Monmouth County in cross country in both 2011 and 2012…Placed second in the mile at the 2014 Shore Conference Championships and sixth at the Monmouth County Championships.
