2017 Outdoors: Ran the 1500 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 24, finishing in 4:13.57…Posted an 800-meter time of 2:08.84 at the Lions Invitational on April 29.

2016-17 Indoors: Took third in the 3000 meters (9:29.55) at the Crowell Open on Dec. 3…Registered a time of 4:29.74 in the mile at the Penn 8-Team Select on Jan. 21.

2016 Cross Country: Made Manhattan debut at the Metropolitan Championships on Oct. 7, running 8000 meters in 29:22.20…Finished 18^th in the coaches’ race at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 19, completing the 8000-meter course in 29:15.00.

Before Manhattan: A seven-time all-state selection (four times in track, three times in cross country) at Carmel High School…Earned All-America status after running the 1200-meter leg on Carmel’s distance medley relay squad that finished second in the championship heat at the Outdoor Nationals…Qualified for Nationals in cross country three times, finishing 18^th as a senior…Named to the honor roll all four years.
