2010 Cross Country: Placed 25^th at the season-opening Stony Brook Invitational (Sept. 4), completing 6200 meters in 22:15.21...Recorded a season-best time of 28:14.60 for 8000 meters at the MAAC Championships on Oct. 29.

Before Manhattan: Served as captain of the cross country team as a senior at St. Anthony's High School...Twice named all-league in cross country, while also earning all-league recognition indoors once and outdoors once...Also played baseball.
