2006: Appeared in 56 games, starting 55... posted a .294 average, with 35 RBI... second on the team with 16 stolen bases... tallied 17 multi-hit games... led all outfielders with 109 putouts... opened the season with a six game hit streak... drove in the game’s lone run with a RBI double in the Jaspers’ 1-0 season-opening, upset win at #15 Tulane... went 3-4 with two RBI and one run scored in MAAC Championship game win over Le Moyne... talled at least one hit in three of the four NCAA Regional games... played his summer baseball for the Alleghany County Nitros of the NYCBL.

2005: Appeared in 47 games for a Globe Institute of Technology team that went 41-10 and was ranked as high as 15th in the NJCAA Division I poll... team won regular season Region 15 Championship... batted .416 with a team-leading four homers and 17 doubles... drove in 56 runs and was a perfect 29-29 in stolen bases.

2004: Appeared in 44 games, starting 40 for Liberty University... team went 25-30... batted .230 with 11 RBI... a perfect 10-10 in stolen bases.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named Second Team All-Dade County... named team MVP his senior year... led the team in batting average as a junior and senior... holds the school record for stolen bases in a career.. four year scholar-athlete.

PERSONAL: Major is marketing and global business... parents are Valentin and Elizabeth... two sisters, Jennifer and Cristina... fellow Jasper Rene Ruiz is his first cousin.
