2006: Made 15 appearances, making 14 starts... posted a 5-3 record with three complete games in 91.2 innings of work... went a perfect 4-0 in MAAC games... second on the team 69 strikeouts... allowed no earned runs in three of his final five starts, including a complete-game shutout of Rider in the opening game of the MAAC Championships... struck out a career-high 10 batters in 10-3 win over Fairfield... tallied six strikeouts over seven innings in NCAA Regional start vs. Miami... a MAAC All-Academic selection... played his summer baseball for the Manchester Silkworms of the NECBL.
2005: Made 14 appearances, with eight starts... posted a 5-4 record with two saves over 53.1 innings of work... struck out 28 batters... hurled a complete game shutout vs. Lafayette... earned the save in the season opening win at Maryland-Eastern Shore... played his summer baseball for the Manchester Silkworms of the NECBL.
2004: Appeared in 19 games, making seven starts... posted a 3-5 record with one save... tallied 42 strikeouts in 69.1 innings of work... picked up first collegiate win with 6.2 innings of shutout ball vs. Iona... went the distance in the Jaspers’ 5-2 win at LeMoyne... picked up first collegiate save vs. Fairfield in regular season finale.
HIGH SCHOOL: A two time all-county selection... was a member of Empire State Games silver medalists in 2002... set school record as a junior, allowing just 0.12 walks per nine innings... named all-state first team as well as all-Long Island as a senior... named League MVP and Diamond Award Winner senior year... member of National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Major is math/secondary education... parents are Phyllis and Glenn... brother Ryan is a 2003 Manhattan graduate, holds several Manhattan baseball pitching records, and is an assistant coach for the Jaspers.
