High School: Earned a First Team All-Peninsula District Honors as a junior and senior... during her final year, she helped her team to a 21-5 record and was named Team MVP... also earned Team MVP honors during junior year... named the Daily Press's Player of the Week numerous times throughout her career, as well as being named to the paper's First Team twice.

Personal: Daughter of Kym and Jerry Alston... born on November 28, 1987... aspires to be a homicide detective someday... has one brother, Ivan, and two sisters, Cassie and Brittany... has not yet decided on a major.
