2008: Started five of nine appearances... registered 15 strikeouts over 25.2 innings of action... notched a season-high four strikeouts at Army (4/9)... tossed a scoreless first inning of Jaspers shutout victory over Columbia (4/23)... twirled 1.1 innings of scoreless ball vs. Siena (5/22) at the MAAC Championships.
2007: Appeared in 10 games, making eight starts... posted a 1-0 record with a 4.67 ERA... made his collegiate debut at South Florida (2/25)... recorded first collegiate start at Florida International (3/14)... earned his first collegiate win in the Jaspers' 9-0 shutout of Fairleigh Dickinson (4/18), working the first 5.1 innings, and allowing just one hit... allowed one hit without an earned run over 5.0 innings at Columbia (4/25)... played summer baseball for the Amsterdam Mohawks of the New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL).
BEFORE MANHATTAN: A five year member of the varsity team at Berlin High School... named CVHL All-Star four times... received Times Union All-Star, The Record All-Area, and New York State Class C Second Team All-State honors as a senior... named CVHL Most Valuable Player his senior season, in which he threw a seven-inning, 20-strikeout (including the first 18 batters) no-hitter, and a one-hitter.
