2011-12 Indoors: Notched a season-best time of 1:05.81 in the 500 meters at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 20, good enough for eighth place…Took sixth in the 500 (1:05.99) at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 26…Anchored the Jaspers to a silver medal in the 4 x 400 meter relay at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 17.
2011 Outdoors: Competed in the 800 meters at the season-opening Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 18, posting a season-best time of 2:00.44…Grabbed third place in the 400 meters (50.31) at the FDU Track Classic on April 9…Ran the anchor leg on Manhattan’s bronze medal-winning 4 x 400 meter relay squad at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 8…Finished seventh in the individual 400 (50.10) at the MAAC Championships.
2010-11 Indoors: Took sixth in the 500 meters (1:04.96) at the Metro Coaches Invitational on Jan. 7…Placed fifth in the 500 in a season-best time of 1:04.81 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Posted a season-best time of 49.44 seconds in the 400 meters at the St. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11.
2010 Outdoors: Finished 13th in the 400 meters (50.67) at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 19…Ran a time of 1:59.30 in the 800 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 2…Captured the bronze medal in the individual 400 (50.49) and ran the anchor leg on Manhattan’s victorious 4 x 400 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 2.
2009-10 Indoors: Won the 500 meters at the Yale Lidlifter Invitational on Dec. 5, finishing in a time of 1:06.63…Ran a season-best time of 1:04.98 in the 500 at the NYRR Armory Invitational on Jan. 16, good for second place in the event…Placed ninth in the 400 meters in a time of 50.69 seconds and ran the third leg on the Jaspers’ bronze medal-winning 4 x 400 meter relay squad at the MAAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19).
Before Manhattan: Holds several school records at Fordham Prep…Named team MVP all four years…Selected as an All-American in both the 4 x 400 and 4 x 800 meter relays…Led Fordham Prep to the CHSAA championship…Won a gold medal at the Millrose Games in the 4 x 800, and finished third at the New York state meet in both the 4 x 400 and 4 x 800…Placed second in the Invitational 4 x 400 Air Jamaica event at the Reebok Grand Prix…Chosen to the Daily News and Journal News all-star teams.
