2009 Outdoors: Finished 10^th in the discus with a mark of 173’8 at the Baldy Castillo Invitational on March 20…Took third in the discus (166’7¾) and fourth in the shot put (50’0¼) at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4…Claimed the gold medal in the discus (158’1¾) at the New York Relays on April 10…Placed second in the discus with a toss of 151’6¾ at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 26…Won the silver in both the shot put (50’11¼) and discus (156’3) at the MAAC Outdoor Championships on May 3…Qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championships (May 16) in the shot put, placing 14^th with a toss of 51’11.

2008-09 Indoors: Took first place in the shot put (51’9¾) at the Metro Coaches Invitational on Jan. 9…Captured third place in the shot put with a mark of 51’4¼ and finished 13^th in the weight throw with a distance of 46’7½ at the NYC Gotham Cup on Jan. 16…Won the shot put competition with a toss of 51’4¼ and took sixth in the weight throw with a mark of 48’2 at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships on Jan. 28…Finished first in the shot put (53’4¾) at the Manhattan Invitational on Feb. 12…Garnered the gold medal in the shot put (52’1) and placed fifth in the weight throw (48’2) at the MAAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 20.

Before Manhattan: Won the silver medal in the discus at the 2008 German Under-20 Winter Throwing Championships…Represented Germany at the 2008 Winter Throwing Matchn against Spain, Italy and France…Finished fifth in the discus at the 2008 German Under-20 Championships…Placed second in the discus at the 2006 German Under-18 Winter Throwing Championships, then took fourth in the shot put and fifth in the discus at the German Under-18 Championships…Earned gold medals in the pentathlon and 80 meter hurdles at the 2005 German Under-16 Championships.
