Emmitsburg, MD - The Jaspers earned a much needed victory this past Saturday against Rider in commanding fashion. The victory was the largest margin for Manhattan since 2023 against the aforementioned Broncs, when
Heather Vulin's squad took down the Lawrenceville-based University by a score of 73-39, which was a +34 margin. Five days ago, a +41 margin over its opponent was the largest margin of victory since the meeting two years ago. The Jaspers welcomed back its senior forward
Petra Juric, who missed the Siena game with an injury but is still missing Hana Muhl due to injury. Every player made their presence known, highlighted by graduate student Ines Gimenez Monserrat, who logged her first Division I double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Manhattan looks to keep the good times rolling with a massive Thursday evening meeting against the Mountaineers in Maryland.
