ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - No. 10 seed Manhattan (6-22) will take on No. 7 seed Iona on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Jim Boardwalk Hall in the opening round of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Tournament in Atlantic City.
Quick Hits: #10 Manhattan and #7 Iona face off for the second time in six days after squaring off in Riverdale last week. The two teams split the regular season series, with the Jaspers taking the most recent win. Manhattan's journey in Atlantic City, N.J., and its quest for the program's sixth MAAC Championships begins on Tuesday at Jim Boardwalk Hall. Manhattan has won MAAC Championships in 1993, 2003,2004, 2014, and 2015. The Jaspers have appeared in eight NCAA Tournaments, going 3-9. Last year, Manhattan fell in the first round to Marist, 61-50.
