RIVERDALE, N.Y. - The Manhattan College (4-7, 2-2 MAAC) men's basketball team will host Niagara University this Friday at 7 p.m. for First Responders Night. They will then travel to Quinnipiac University this Sunday at 2 p.m. as they return to conference play.
Game Info: Niagara University tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET on Friday in Draddy Gymnasium, and then at Quinnipiac University on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET Both games will be televised on ESPN+ and MAAC.TV (for international viewers).
The Opponent: Niagara (4-8, 0-2 MAAC) won its last game against Buffalo, 69-63. Yaw Obeng-Mensah scored 20 points and 9 rebounds for the Purple Eagles. Quinnipiac (9-4, 1-1 MAAC) picked up its first MAAC win over Niagara 75-68 in overtime. The Bobcats lost their game against Yale 73-66. Matt Balanc scored 25 points and Doug Young added 18 points.
Series Info: Last time out, Manhattan faced Niagara on Jan. 27, 2023, with the Jaspers falling short, 68-62. Manhattan played Quinnipiac last year on Feb. 26, 2023, with Jaspers winning, 72-70.

The Preview: The Jaspers (4-7) were led in scoring by
Seydou Traore who recorded a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
Rokas Jocys added 11 points and five rebounds off the bench for Manhattan.
What's Ahead: The Jaspers will travel to New Jersey and play Rider University on Friday, Jan. 12 at 7 p.m. ET in the Alumni Gymnasium.
