RIVERDALE, N.Y. -- The Manhattan Baseball team continues the hunt for a spot in the postseason this weekend when they head up to Buffalo for a weekend series with the Canisius Golden Griffins, which is set to begin Friday on the Canisius campus.
The games will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks while live stats will be provided

Manhattan enters the week following a third consecutive MAAC series win last weekend, taking two of three from Mount St. Mary's at Clover Stadium. The week was highlighted by a marvelous outing to open the week by
Will Hesslink tossing a three-hit, complete game shutout while sitting down 10 on strikes.
Pete Durocher's bat is starting to heat up, and the timing could not be better. Last week, the center fielder hit .333, mashed a pair of home runs and brought six runs around.
Jack Lynch, who made his return to the lineup last week, also made an immediate impact. He batted .364 while scoring five runs on four hits, including one home run, and knocked in three runs.
When these two teams met last year, Manhattan took the series, 2-1, winning the opening game and taking the rubber game at Clover Stadium.
Canisius, who played a non-conference midweek matchup with Niagara to open the week, will welcome the Green and White to Main Street with a record of 21-20-1 after playing to a tie with the Niagara Purple Eagles on Tuesday.
On the bump, the Golden Griffin's are anchored by their Friday starter, Matt Duffy, who has been fantastic for Canisius. Duffy owns a record of 5-2 with an ERA of 3.84. Offensively, Dylan Vincent has been brilliant in the box, batting .390 with 10 long balls and 33 RBI.
