ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -- The stage is set at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall for a rematch of one of last year's semifinals, with the No. 6 Manhattan womens basketball team set to share the court with No.3 Quinnipiac Thursday at 1 p.m. one of the four quarterfinal matchups in the MAAC Championships.

The path here for the Jaspers saw them come from behind in their first-round game to barely escape the Saint Peter's Peacocks, 59-56.
A hot start from
Brazil Harvey-Carr which saw her go a perfect 4-4 from beyond the arc to open the game gave Manhattan a 12-2 lead before the first media stoppage.
From there, SPU took control of the game until the final two minutes when the Jaspers made their move, which was highlighted by a brilliant pass by
Narrie Dodson to a wide-open
Petra Juric under the basket to take the lead.
The Bobcats took down Manhattan in both regular season contests but when these two teams shared the same floor they will today last year, it was the Jaspers who walked off the court on top, 72-59.
This season, Quinnipiac has employed a three-headed offensive attack in Cur'Tierra Haywood, Jackie Grisdale and Mikala Morris, who all average just above 10 points a game,
Off the bench of the Bobcats is Sixth Man of the Year, Mary Baskerville, who played a big role in one of their wins over Manhattan, who is contributing 8.6 points and 6.4 boards a game
