Jaspers Return Home for Two Matches

Saturday, & Sunday October 21st – 22nd
Riverdale, N.Y.
Times: 1:00 p.m.

The Manhattan women's volleyball team returns home this week, participating in two MAAC games in their home town of Riverdale. The first matchup of the weekend will be Siena College on Saturday, followed by Marist College on Sunday.
 
Siena: The Jaspers last encountered the approximately two weeks ago, sweeping the Saints 3-0. This win against Siena marked the first sweep of the season and also broke a four game losing streak dating back to 2021. The Saints will be coming into Saturdays match up off a four game losing streak, with a record of 2-18, 2-8 MAAC. 
 
Marist: Following that, the Jaspers will host Marist on Sunday. The Jaspers faced the Red Foxes earlier this season in Poughkeepsie, NY, losing 3-0. Marist will be coming into this match after having suffered a 3-1 loss to Niagara. However, Marist is currently one of the top contenders in the MAAC with a record of 9-2. Prior to coming to Riverdale, the Red Foxes will stop by New Rochelle, NY to face the Iona Gales. 
 
Leaders: Leading the Jaspers' offense last match was Mikalah Curran with 12 kills. Sarah Emmons led the team tonight in assists, setting up 29 for her teammates.
