Simsbury, CT - Manhattan opened its 2021-22 season with a balanced performance at the par-72 Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate at Hop Meadow CC.
* The Jaspers placed ninth out of 16 teams, besting Fordham, Holy Cross, Monmouth, UPenn, UMESÂ and Wagner.
* Freshman
Greg Seo finished tied for 25th to pace the Jaspers, carding a 3-over par 147 (73-74) for the tournament
* Classmate
Christopher Lee was one stroke behind Seo in a tie for 32nd with a 4-over par 148 (73-75).Â
* Senior
Sam Taraian tied for 44th with a 5-over par 149 (74-75), with junior
Lincoln Haymaker tying for 49th with a 6-over par (78-72).
* Haymaker carded a Manhattan-best even-par 72 on Sunday, in registering the top Jasper mark for the weekend.
* Boston College won the team title, with the Eagles' Mac Lee winning the Individual Title with a 5-under par 139.
