Carmella Liscio scored five goals, while freshman
Ashley Gambardella made 10 saves but Lafayette was able to outlast the Jaspers in a triple OT game 10-9 last Wednesday in Easton, PA.
Fan Update: Fans and spectators will not be permitted into Gaelic Park or other athletic venues from March 10 through March 23 at which time the college will re-evaluate and update. That includes Sunday's matchup against Wagner. Fans will be able to watch the game on the Jasper Sports Network as it will be live streamed

Liscio Lighting It Up: Liscio had nine career goals and 15 total points across two seasons entering 2020. In 2020, the junior already has a five goal game against Lafayette (3/4) and a five point game against Detroit Mercy (2/29). Liscio currently has 11 goals and three assists for 14 points in 2020.
NEC, No Problem: Manhattan went 3-1 against NEC opponents last season, defeating LIU, Sacred Heart and Central Connecticut State.
Freshman Success: Gambardella recorded 11 saves in the loss against Bryant (2/22), the most for a freshman goalkeeper since
Nikki Prestiano made 11 saves in the regular season finale against Fairfield on April 27, 2016. Through the first six games, Gambardella has 44 saves and a .419 save percentage, ahead of Presitano's marks in both categories in 2016 (34 saves, and a .385 save percentage).
New Beginnings: First year head coach
Jenna Dingler takes over the reins of the program, after guiding Division II Caldwell for the past two seasons. Dingler is a graduate of Lock Haven University, where she was named an IWLCA All-American and appeared in two national titles games, amassing over 100 points in her career.
Cupboard Is Not Empty: The Jaspers return 17 letterwinners and seven starters from the 2019 squad. Junior

Year In Review: Manhattan tied a program record for wins with 11 in 2019. The Jaspers tied for second in the MAAC regular season standings with a 6-2 record.
Scouting the Opposition: Sacred Heart
- Sacred Heart is 1-4 to start the 2020 season, with a win over Delaware State and losses to MAAC foes Iona and Monmouth.
- The Pioneers were picked to finish seventh in the Northeast Conference after finishing the regular season 2-14 and missing the NEC tournament in 2019.
- Senior Cassie Cesario leads the Pioneers with 16 points (9 goals, 7 assists), while junior Quinn Lacy has started four of the five games in net, making 47 saves against a 10.57 GAA.
- The all-time series is tied with each team having four wins. Manhattan has won the last two contests, including last season's game 13-4 in Riverdale.
Wagner
- Wagner is 3-4 to start the 2020 season, with a wins over Vermont and Colgate and losses to Vanderbilt and MAAC foe Siena.
- The Seahawks were picked to win the Northeast Conference after capturing the NEC tournament title a season ago and beating Fairfield in the NCAA tournament.
- Junior Erin Kerstetter leads the Seahawks with 27 points (17 goals, 10 assists) while Lauren DiStefano has made 70 saves in net, starting all seven games for Wagner.
- Wagner leads the all-time series 11-5, and the Seahawks took last season's meeting 10-5.
