Series History: Since 1985, the Rams and Jaspers have contested the Battle of the Bronx 30 times. The series has only not been contested four times since 1985, in 1989, 1997, 2003, and 2015. Fordham has controlled the series going 22-8-2. However, Manhattan has flipped the series in recent years. After the Rams won seven consecutive meetings from 2007-2014, the Jaspers have gone 1-1-1 in the last three matchups, including their first win over Fordham since 2004 last season. Last season's victory was also Manhattan's first program victory over a ranked opponent with Fordham entering the game ranked 25th in the country.

Quotable: "We are always excited to compete in the 'Battle of the Bronx' and after last year's performance and result we will be hoping for more of the same. We are getting close to a full squad for the first time this season and as we prepare for the MAAC it is crucial we find more consistency and rhythm in our team. Going on the road is never easy and this one will be as tough as we have faced," head coach
Jorden Scott said.
