Scouting the Opponent
  • The Scarlet Knights are off to their best start since 1996 at 4-0.
  • The four game winning streak is their longest since a seven game win streak in 2015.
  • Rutgers is coming off a 3-2 victory of Binghamton on Tuesday evening in the Scarlet Knight's home opener.
  • The Scarlet Knights are led by Jackson Temple and Jorgen Wisth Lie who each have tallied two goals this season.
  • Oren Asher has posted two shutouts in net and made 17 saves in 2019.
Quotable
"We can't wait to build on the progress we have made over the last few weeks.  We never wanted it easy and can only get better based on the challenges we face early in preparation for the MAAC.  Rutgers are 4-0, we are playing in a great stadium under the lights against a Big 10 opponent - it doesn't get any better and we are looking forward to the test," said Head Coach Jorden Scott.
