Riverdale, NY - Manhattan dropped a heartbreaking 59-58 decision to Western Michigan in non-conference action at Draddy Gymnasium.
Jared Printy's three pointer with 4.2 seconds to play in regulation proved to be the difference as the Broncos improved to 6-5 while the Jaspers 4-4.
Printy's shot came after sophomore

Buchanan scored a career-high 18 points with six rebounds and three steals to lead the way for the Jaspers.
Brandon Johnson netted 15 points with 11 rebounds and Michael Flowers added 15 to pace Western Michigan.

Adam Cisse (Bronx, NY / Cardinal Hayes) canned two free throws to tie it up at the 1:12 mark.
Classmate
Romar Reid (New Rochelle, NY / Woodstock Academy) then drained a three pointer, before senior
Tyler Reynolds (Syracuse, NY / Harcum College) beat the halftime buzzer with a three pointer of his own to give the Jaspers a six-point halftime advantage.
The Broncos opened the second half with a 15-3 spurt to reclaim the advantage at 39-34 with 13:28 to play.
Western Michigan's would grow to seven on two occasions, before Manhattan battled back with a 10-3 run of its own to tie it up at 46-46 at the 7:29 mark, with senior
Pauly Paulicap (Elmont, NY / Harcum College) supplying five points during the spurt.
The visitors would immediately respond with four points and led 56-53 with just over a minute remaining, before the Jaspers made another patented late-game push. Sophomore
Warren Williams (Kingston, Jamaica / St. Benedict's Prep (NJ)) hit a layup, before Buchanan's aforementioned three-point play gave the Green & White its first lead since early in the stanza.
Williams had nine points and seven rebounds while Paulicap finished up with eight points to round out the top scorers for the Green & While, while sophomore
Christian Hinckson (Queens, NY / Tilton School (NH)) pulled down a team-high eight rebounds.
