Riverdale, NY – Manhattan men's soccer has concluded its best non-conference showing in program history and looks to ride that momentum into MAAC competition, as the #RV Jaspers open up conference play this week against Monmouth and Saint Peter's.
The Jaspers travel to West Long Branch, NJ to face the Hawks on Wednesday, September 26 at 7:00 pm. The game will air on ESPN3 and will have live stats as well.
The MAAC home opener with the Peacocks takes place on Saturday, September 29 at 6:00 pm. The Jasper Sports Network will stream the game for those who can't make it to Gaelic Park, while the athletic department will supplement the coverage with live stats.

Non-Conference Knockout
- The Jaspers went 7-1 in non-conference play, the highest winning percentage for the program since joining the MAAC back in 1991.
- In that span, Manhattan went a perfect 4-0 at home, outscoring opponents by an 8-1 margin.

Opening the MAAC

- Sean Murray has played every minute in net so far to the tune of a 1.37 goals-against average, 33 saves and two shutouts.
- The last time, these two squads played each other, the Jaspers clipped the Hawks 1-0 in double overtime last season at Gaelic Park. Ryan Shields provided the game-winning goal in the 106th minute to push Manhattan's winning streak to four games at the time.

Scouting Report: Saint Peter's
- The Peacocks are 3-4-1 in 2018, though they are 3-1-1 in their last five games.
- Saint Peter's recently defeated St. Francis Brooklyn 4-1 on September 22.
- Dominic Laws headlines the Peacocks attack and shares the conference lead with Joseph-Buadi and Fourrier in points with nine (four goals, one assist).
- Frederik Lindqvist is the reigning MAAC Offensive Player of the Week following his two-goal, one-assist performance against the Terriers.
- Jason Dubrovich and Robbie Anderson have split time in goal, combining for a 0.682 save percentage, 1.66 GAA and 30 saves.
