Riverdale, NY - Manhattan softball will celebrate its graduating class on Saturday, May 5, during the final home regular season match-up vs. Quinnipiac at Gaelic Park. Game one will begin at 11 a.m., with the senior day ceremony immediately following.
The Jaspers' class of 2018 includes
Briana Matazinsky (Valley Falls, NY / Tamarac),
Rachael Mumma (Mechanicsburg, PA / Cumberland Valley),
Shannon Puthe (Mullica Hill, NJ / Saint Joseph's), and
Victoria Ross (Bloomfield, NJ / Bloomfield). The graduating seniors combine for 573 games played and 114 program wins.Â
At 8-10 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), Manhattan is looking to secure a conference playoff spot. The Jaspers currently hold a seven-game win streak, including six consecutive MAAC wins.Â
