Riverdale, NY -
The Manhattan College Jaspers (12-16, 9-8 MAAC) play their final home game of the 2017-18 season against the Rider Broncs (12-16, 9-8 MAAC) on Sunday, February 25. This is the second meeting of the two teams this season and will mark the Jaspers' annual senior day celebration. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. on ESPN3.

Top Storylines:
  • Manhattan boasts a set of four seniors who combine for 432 games played and 280 games started over their careers: Kayla Grimme, Mikki Guiton, Amani Tatum, and Taylor Williams. The four seniors will be honored at half court in a pregame ceremony starting at 1:40 p.m.
  • A member of the team since 2013, Guiton has seen action in 110 games, with 34 starts. She has tallied 426 career points and 233 rebounds, with a career field goal percentage of 46.4. A 2017 graduate of Manhattan with a degree in business management, Guiton is currently pursuing a master's degree in organizational leadership.
  • Williams ranks 11th on Manhattan's all-time list of games played at 114, with 61 starts. She finishes her Manhattan career with more than 600 points, including 117 three-pointers, good for eighth all-time. Williams will graduate this May with a degree in finance.
  • Grimme is Manhattan's all-time leader in blocks, with 221 for her career. She ranks third on the all-time rebounding list with 936, and seventh on the all-time scoring list with 1,383 points. Grimme is one of just two Manhattan women to hit the 1,300-point and 900-rebound thresholds in their careers. She has played in 125 games, with 104 starts, good for sixth all-time. Grimme graduated from Manhattan College this past May with a degree in communications, and she is currently earning a master's in organizational leadership.
  • Tatum is a three-year captain of the Jaspers after transferring to Manhattan in her sophomore year. The 2015-16 MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, she ranks third on the Jaspers' all-time steals list. She is also eighth in career assists. In three years, Tatum has played in 83 games and started in 81, averaging more than 30 minutes per game. She enters today's match-up with 979 career points. A 2017 Manhattan graduate with a degree in communications, Tatum is currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling.
  • Going into Sunday's match-up, three teams are tied for fourth place in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC): Manhattan, Fairfield, and Rider. Should the Jaspers defeat the Broncs, and Fairfield fall to Iona on Sunday, Manhattan will clinch the fourth seed and a first-round bye in next week's MAAC Tournament. The lowest seed Manhattan can earn is seventh with a loss to Rider and a Fairfield win.
