Riverdale, NY - Despite a solid performance from sophomore
Erin Hoener (St. Louis, MO / Incarnate Word), Manhattan dropped a 3-0 decision to Siena at Draddy Gymnasium.
The Jaspers' record goes to 4-26 for the year and 2-15 in the MAACÂ with the Saints holding an identical mark of 4-26 and 2-15 in the league.Â
Highlights:
- Hoener paced Manhattan with seven kills, on .333 hitting, an ace, two solo blocks and two block assists.
- Freshman Abby Wilde (Parkesberg, PA / Octorora) registered a career-high 20 assists with six digs and two kills.
- Sophomore Reyn Hoffman (Ventura, CA / Ventura) had nine digs while freshman Vivian Donovan (Newport Beach, CAÂ /Â Newport Harbor) notched six kills and six digs.Â
- Siena's Brooke Rogers led all players with nine kills, on .467 hitting, while Jessica Eblin added 26 assists and Antonija Ivanovic had 10 digs, seven kils and two aces.
