Teaneck, NJ - Fueled by a pair of early second-half scores, Fairleigh Dickinson posted a 3-1 win over Manhattan in non-conference action at University Field.
The Knights improve to 2-0 while the Jaspers fall to 1-1.
FDU opened the scoring in the 51st minute as Cristian Nunez found the back of the net before Fredinho Mompremier followed suit in the 54th minute.
Manhattan responded with a score in the 59th minute as freshman
Brandon Joseph-Buadi (Shoreham-By-Sea, England / Woodard) scored following a free kick off a pass from
Lucas Da Silva (West Palm Beach, FL / Palm Beach Atlantic).
Unfortunately, that would be close as the Jaspers would get as Ahu Obhakhan staked FDU to an insurmountable 3-1 lead in the 82nd minute to provide the final score.
