Riverdale, NY - Junior Zane Waterman (Winston-Salem, NC / Fayetteville Academy), classmate Calvin Crawford (Middletown, NY / St. Thomas More (CT)) and freshman Aaron Walker Jr. (Brooklyn, NY / Cardozo) all scored at least 20 points to lead Manhattan to a rousing 95-74 win over Quinnipiac at Draddy Gymnasium.

Waterman, Crawford and Walker Jr. gave the Jaspers three 20-point scorers for the first time since a 97-87 win over Canisius on February 10, 2008 as the trio finished up with 68 points, on 23-of-40 shooting, including 9-of-14 from deep.

Prior to the game, Manhattan recognized senior Tyler Wilson (Bronx, NY / Cardinal Hayes), who then went out and scored seven points with five assists, three rebounds and two steals.

With the victory, the Jaspers improve to 10-19 and 5-13 in the MAAC while the Bobcats fall to 10-18 and 7-11 in the league.

Manhattan shot a blistering 55.0 percent (33-of-60) for the game, including 55.6 percent (10-of-18) from deep, while forcing 22 miscues and notching 11 steals that led to a decisive 30-13 advantage in points off turnovers.

Waterman notched his sixth 20-point game of the year and the eight of his career, finishing with 26 while pulling down seven rebounds. Crawford matched his career-high with 22 points while adding six rebounds and three blocks. Walker Jr. set a career-high with his 20 markers and handed out four assists with three steals.

After Quinnipiac made it a one-point game at 63-62 with 9:35 to play, Manhattan ripped off eight-straight points - highlighted by a Walker Jr. three-point play and a triple in the span of just 18 seconds.

The Jaspers would later add 9-0 run to extend the lead out to 81-66 with 4:59 to play while for all intents and purposes putting the game on ice.

Chaise Daniels scored 15 points with 13 rebounds while Mikey Dixon added 13 points and 12 rebounds to lead the way for Quinnipiac.

Manhattan returns to action at Rider on Wednesday, February 22 with opening tip slated for 7:00 pm.
