Riverdale, N.Y. (October 13, 2006)-After dropping the first game, the Lady Jaspers rallied to defeat Saint Peter's three games to one on Friday night at Draddy Gymnasium.
Sherryta Stokes led the way for the Lady Jaspers with 21 kills, while
Whitney Judkins was a big contributor as well with 17 kills, hitting .419 in the process.
After losing a close first game 30-27, Manhattan took game two 31-29. In game three, the Lady Jaspers took command of the match with a 30-24 win. In game four, Manhattan finished off Saint Peter's, winning going away 30-18.
Manhattan improves to 7-13 on the year and 4-5 in the MAAC. The Lady Jaspers' next game is Sunday at Draddy Gym against Siena
