COMPLETE RESULTSRiverdale, NY (January 17, 2004)-The Jaspers finished day two of the Manhattan Invitational today at Draddy Gymnasium on the Manhattan campus. Manhattan continued its success from Day One, winning 13 events.
Orlando Griffith won the 55m Dash for Manhattan running in a time of 6.57. Teammate
Magnus Ahlen finished right after Griffith in a time of 6.65. Chris Breslin took first place in the 800m (2:02.847). The Men's 4X800m Relay team captured first completing the race in 7:55.480.
On the women's side, Marissa Oliverei took home a second place finish running the 1000m in 3:23.289. Therese Frierson ran the 500m in 1:17.653 earning a first place finish. The Women's 4X800m Relay team posted a time of 9:54.9, taking home the number one spot.
The Jaspers compete again on Saturday, January 24th at 1pm in the V.M.I. at Army.
