Riverdale, NY (December 2, 2003)- The Jaspers finished the two day Manhattan Heptathlon/Pentathlon and Throws competition today at Draddy Gymnasium. Rajne Svenssohn (Karlstad, Sweden) captured first place in the Heptathlon with 5478 points. The second and third place finishers in the men's Heptathlon were Nils Pettersson (Boden, Sweden) and Andrew Pellet (Croton, NY). Pettersson finished with 4730 points and Pellet earned 4058 points.

The women also won the second and third place spots. In second place was Julia Audette (Southington, CT) with 2500 points and in third place was Renee Foti (New Windsor, NY) with 2494 points.
