Bridgeport, CT - Fairfield  completed a season sweep of Manhattan with a 78-49 victory at Webster Bank Arena.

The Stags improve to 10-10 and 5-6 in the MAAC while the Jaspers fall to 8-16 and 3-10 in the league.

Fairfield jumped out to a 22-point lead at the break and shot 46.0 percent (29-of-63) from the floor, including 46.2 percent (12-of-26) from deep, in posting the wire-to-wire win.

Curtis Cobb scored 22 points while Tyler Nelson had 20 to pace the Stags.

Junior Zavier Turner (Indianapolis, IN / Ball State) notched 11 points while freshman Na'Quan Council (Blackwood, NJ / Scotland Performance (PA)) hit for double-digits for the third-straight game, finishing with 10 points to go along with a career-high six rebounds.

On the glass, junior Calvin Crawford (Middletown, NY / St. Thomas More (CT)) led the way with six rebounds to go along with nine points.

Manhattan will next host Marist on Saturday, February 4 with opening tip tabbed for 7:00 pm.
